Basic Plan

The Basic Planning Phase clarifies the specific needs and goals for the data center construction project. During this stage, key activities such as site suitability studies, conceptual design reviews, budget estimation, and legal/regulatory research play important roles.
In the site suitability study, geographic conditions, infrastructure development, and surrounding environments are analyzed in detail to select the optimal construction site. In the conceptual design, the basic design concept for the data center is developed, including initial layouts and equipment placement. Phase03

Basic Design

In the Basic Design Phase, the specific design details of the data center construction project are finalized. During this stage, key activities such as establishing design standards, developing equipment layouts, determining equipment specifications, reviewing architectural designs, and refining the budget are carried out.
In the establishment of design standards, design principles such as safety, efficiency, and scalability are clearly defined. In the equipment layout development, the placement of server rooms, cooling systems, power facilities, and other essential components is specifically planned. The determination of equipment specifications involves selecting the equipment and materials to be used, setting quality and performance standards.

Quotation Inquiry

The Quotation Inquiry Phase is a critical stage in the data center construction project where quotations are received from construction companies, and the best proposal is selected. We provide consulting services throughout the entire process, from issuing the quotation inquiry to selecting the construction company, receiving and evaluating quotations, to negotiations and contract finalization.
During the quotation inquiry, we create a detailed specification document and present clear conditions to each construction company. In the evaluation and negotiation of quotations, we comprehensively review cost, quality, and schedule to finalize a contract that brings the most benefit to the client.

Detailed Design and Production Management

In the Detailed Design and Production Management Phase, the detailed design of the data center's building and equipment is finalized, and the manufacturing and procurement processes are managed. During the detailed design stage, we review architectural design, equipment design, and the specifics of electrical and mechanical systems to provide the optimal design solutions. Additionally, we establish the specifications for equipment, formulate quality control plans, assess safety measures, and create cost management and scheduling strategies to develop the project's execution plan. In production management, we work closely with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring stringent quality control and adherence to delivery timelines.

Construction and Installation

During the functionality tests, we ensure that all equipment operates as designed and check for any unexpected issues. Start of Operations

In the Start of Operations Phase, the data center officially begins its full-scale operation. During this phase, activities such as monitoring initial operations, preparing operational manuals, establishing support systems, and troubleshooting preparations are carried out.
We provide support to address any initial issues or problems that may arise during the start-up, and assists in the preparation of operational manuals. The manual includes detailed procedures for daily operations and emergency responses to ensure operators can perform their tasks smoothly.
